Who is responsible
This website is the personal portfolio of Saad Hasnain, based in Pakistan. I am responsible for any personal data handled through it. You can reach me at saadhasnain44@gmail.com.

What this site collects
Nothing about you, while you browse. Specifically, this site does not use:
- cookies of any kind, so there is no cookie banner;
- analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, pixels or fingerprinting;
- accounts or logins;
- your browser’s local storage to remember you.
Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any font service.

When you contact me
When you send the project brief or a call request, what you entered (such as your name, email address, company, timeline, message and preferred time) is emailed to me through my Google account, and may also be stored privately in my WordPress site at cms.uxearly.com, which only I can sign in to. You get a short confirmation email at the address you entered. Nothing is sent until you press send.
If you join the weekly newsletter, I keep only your email address, to send you the newsletter. Every issue can be stopped with one reply, and I delete your address when you unsubscribe.
I use these details only to reply and to discuss the work. I keep them for as long as the conversation is useful, delete them on request, and never sell them or share them for marketing.
If you book through the embedded scheduler, the booking itself (name, email, chosen time and anything you add) is handled by that service, for example Cal.com, which sends the calendar invite.

Hosting and content providers
A few services are needed to run the site. Like any web server, they handle basic technical data to deliver pages:
- Vercel hosts the site. It processes request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to serve and secure the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
- cms.uxearly.com stores the case studies. Some project images and videos load from it directly, and it may keep standard server logs.
- Google Calendar and Gmail: when you book a call in the site’s own calendar, your name, email, chosen time and note create an event in my Google Calendar, and Google emails you the invite with the Google Meet link. The calendar also checks which times I’m busy, without revealing what those events are. Form messages and confirmation emails are sent from my Gmail. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Cal.com (or a similar scheduler) shows the booking calendar inside the contact dialog. It only loads when you open “Book a call”.
- Open-Meteo provides the weather shown in the footer. The site’s server asks for the weather in Lahore; your location and IP address are never sent.

Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, Behance, Rive and project websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. I don’t control what they collect, so check their policies before sharing information there.

Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete our email conversation at any time. Write to saadhasnain44@gmail.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles data changes, for example by adding analytics or a form backend, I’ll update this page first and change the date at the top.
